Great hotel. Odd weekend procedures
The hotel itself is great. Modern, clean, quiet. Reception is not staffed on Saturday, so you have to check in at the Park Hotel and that is where breakfast was on Sunday. It’s not far, but not convenient. It’s walkable from the train station. Good breakfast.

Facilities and hotel standard were excellent but I found some of the small things very disappointing. For almost £900 for two nights I found some of the penny pinching ridiculous. Welcome treats were not replaced (it was a small chocolate!) and the vanity set was repacked into cardboard case rather than replaced - it was opened to use the cotton buds. Excellent hotel but these little things were very disappointing.

The hotel was a ghost town...no front desk, no staff...just an interphone at the entrance to get to another hotel to get your room key an breakfast...very desapointing and unpleasant
