State of the Art in CDMX
A new (4 mos. old) Sofitel. What a pleasure! Every aspect and convenience of this facility is state of the art. But the personnel were beyond belief - kudos to each and every staff member for going above and beyond to make our stay spectacular. Conveniently located to everything. And for an unbelievable breakfast, take a right out of the front door and walk three blocks to Restaurante Mallorca for an experience you won’t forget!

    Classy with no stuffy
Sofitel Mexico City is a phenomenal place: cozy, sophisticated and VERY friendly. Luxurious with no stuffiness, with reps that are genuinely friendly and warm. Special shout-out to Romina, who truly made us feel we were staying with family. This is a wonderful place for whoever wants to experience vibrant CDMX in a place that feels just perfect

    Absolute must!!!
Increíble hotel with jaw dropping views of the city. Food is amazing and service is the best we have ever experienced. Only negative is the vallet/entrance. When it gets busy you will have a wait for your car. They suggest to call down prior (30 minutes at times) to have them prepare your car.

    Excellent Location and staff
The staff at the Sofitel is exceptional. Kudos to guest relations manager Fernanda Prats for assisting us. Concierge Liliana & Bernando were key to finding restaurants as well as tickets to tourist sites. Bell man Daniel always had a smile for us and was helpful. Carlos & Carla from the 38th floor roof top bar took great care of us. Balta chef Alexi was a treat to talk to and the food was very good. Thank you for a wonderful trip to Mexico City. The location of the hotel is quite convenient for access to shops, restaurants and tourist sites. We had no issue getting around as Uber was frequently available.

    Great new hotel
Very nice new hotel, great service and new facilities. The pool was stunning! The room was great and the bar and restaurants were good as well, though pricey. Location was fantastic for getting around and was very safe. Definitely recommend the splurge.

Great Stay in a basic room
The newly built hotel over exceeded my expectations. I absolutely loved everything about it from the electric drapes in both the bathroom and bedroom to the sauna and pool. Don't miss the view from the bar at the top of the building, the highest bar in all of CDMX! Service was top notch, super friendly and helpful.

    Beautiful hotel with fantastic service!
I can't wait to stay here again! From start to finish, the service was top notch. The food at all three dining establishments was delicious and very reasonably priced. I shared a "superior" room with a friend and it was spacious and comfortable. The pool and the sauna were great, too. Truly a 10/10 in my book.
