This hotel is spotless! We stayed one night and would definitely stay again. The location is great, close enough to Penn Station that you could walk to it, far enough west that it’s a bit quieter. The concessions in the lobby are convenient but very pricey! A small single serving bag of pita chips was $8.50! Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was good. Bring your own snacks and enjoy a great stay.

I love my room, the view was incredible, the staff extremely helpful and kind. I didn’t have a menu in my room and was trying to order room service and the lady patiently read out the whole menu to me and even asked if i would like her to repeat everything. She was amazing ! The gentleman that checked me in and the one that attended to me while i check out were so kind and respectful. I loved my stay and will definitely stay there again! Excellent service, Amazing staff, clean room with an umbrella provided just incase. Even the janitorial staff was very kind. Loved my stay, Thank you everyone ghat attended to me 🙏
