Room was ok, but not especially nice. Pillows supplied were just plane lousy. 1 of the 2 elevators did not work. Breakfast buffet sufficient but not particularly really nice or pleasant on appeal. Everything else ok, but this motel did not measure up to others I have stayed in. Poor management?

We checked in late in the evening and the staff was very warm and welcoming. On the second day we lost our key and the staff walked us to our door to ensure we got in. Anything we needed they were incredibly prompt and friendly. The hotel wasn’t conveniently located to where we were visiting but their hospitality made the drive worth it. 10 out of 5 stars for the entire staff!

The room had all the things we would need except a safe. The beds were comfy and the bathroom of a good size. The gym was small but had the equipment needed. The only negative thing was there was an off smell, almost like urine. We switched rooms and the smell improved, but it was still lingering. Not sure if it was from the heating system or what? the staff were very friendly and helpful.
