Horrible
The service was horrible. Was told the hot tub worked and it didn’t it was ice cold. We were awoken by the cleaning staff yelling and each other and cussing. They were doing cartwheels down the hallway and doing cheers. Not only was the disrespectful it was unprofessional. The front desk wouldn’t do nothing about it. We ended are stay and went to another hotel

Premium charge for standard room
The room was not ready at the 3pm check in time. Returned at 4pm to check in and the front desk had to leave to go find out if the room was ready. While outside waiting for the room to be ready, several hotel staff were sitting outside smoking. The Premium room was advertised as a larger room but it was really just an upcharge for an extra chair. Not impressed all around.

My room had garbage under the bed mirror was so streaks no pool towels on one side of hotel elevator didn’t work. Ice makers didn’t work. There was a side door broken. The staff at the front desk didn’t seem to care about any of my issues. I have been coming there for several years and staying at this location. Maybe I need to change it.

Family fun
Staff was accommodating when we arrived, our room was next to a very noisy neighbor and we requested a changed immediately. We were put into a different room with zero problems. Both staff and guests were friendly at all hours and areas of the hotel when our 3 year old wanted to run into the elevator or have fun in the halls. We were greeted with all smiles, this hotel will be our preferred stay when we are in the area!

Friendly Staff checking us in. However, checking out staff did minimal conversion with no Thank You for staying with Holiday Inn. Rooms were clean and Breakfast was nice. Didn’t use pool area but it was nice size and a good fitness room.
