Booked this room, canceled it days before the stay! I was told since I canceled before the 9th I would not be charged! They still ended up charging my card and Hotels.com won’t help with a refund either! Beware!!

Can't say enough good things

It checks all the boxes! Warm breakfast, comfortable beds & pillows, meticulously clean, everything worked as it should, highly maintained, safe area, well lit parking, & very friendly staff. We were in town for a volleyball tournament & we will book with them again for sure next time we are in the area.

This hotel had higher customer reviews than other hotels in the areas but it was clear that the hotel was old and had amenties to qualify as a 3 star hotel but just barely. The lobby, bar, and breakfast area are quite small. The breakfast area is very difficult to navigate and easily overcrowded with just a few families. The pool and spa are also very small. The room itself had older furniture and the air conditioning was quite loud and it cycled on and off all night since no always on fan mode was available. Last but not least, the hotel is in the back of an industrial lot and there was a memorial in the parking lot for an apparent murder. Patrons beware.

Building was old and run down. Rooms could use updates. Iron and ironing board were screwed in behind luggage rack, couldn’t even be used. Fire alarm was set off in one room by microwave popcorn and manager came upstairs yelling at guest to use the exhaust fan when it did not even function. Guess that’s what you get for $80

The doors on the outside that you are supposed to use your key to enter. You can access without your key. The hotel is out in the middle of no where. The pool was very dirty - I would not let my kids get in. There was stuff floating on top of the water. Big bummer.

We stayed in this hotel overnight on our way to another place. We were comfortable, enjoyed the jacuzzi and breakfast, and appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owners and staff.

Breakfast was not maintained. Constantly out of the very limited options. For instance, biscuits and gravy were an option one morning and they had biscuits but no gravy. The gravy was never filled the 30 minutes we had breakfast. We were 2 nights and never had clean towels or our rooms cleaned. They seemed to be under staffed.
