Standard business hotel, some staff speak English, was very close to the venue I needed to be at. Is the room small? Well not smaller than any other room in this neighborhood for the price we paid. The bathroom was nice, Japanese style tub and toilet. Bed was very firm, but after hours of meetings was very much needed. Use the humidifier, I got pretty dry before turning it on.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable and central to everything. The wifi was good. Close to train station. Safe area to walk around.
Location great near shimbashi train station and restaurant
Good location. Staff fantastic. Only downside was slow lifts, especially during peak times.
Convenient location from Shinbashi stations. Great value for the prices as well as very comfort size of bathroom for the prices/class. A bit improvement is needed for room cleaning, I hope.
離車站近,附近有食堂便利商店 很方便。
This hotel is central to everything a traveler could ask for: transportation, entertainment and food!
Convenient location, clinic and dental in the basement, good clean rooms and reception was pleasant. As with most Tokyo rooms, small but the hotel can't do much about that. Overall a very pleasant stay.
Hotel will not help guest to call restaurant to make reservation for dining!
The hotel is close to the train station, food and the excitement of the city. The staff are professional and took great care of us. I would recommend knowing some Japanese to ease the language barrier but not required. The rooms are Japanese size, small, but comfortable. The soaker tub in the bathroom is heaven when combined with the complimentary bath salts! If you like soft beds, this is not the place for you! I prefer stiff mattresses and this hotel delivered!! The breakfast buffet offers traditional Japanese cuisine including: soba, curry, tempura and rice. Many options to choose from; even our 11 year old daughter loved it (soba is her favorite).
