All of the negative comments are true. This place is a dump. I expected it for $80 a night but avoid this place, spend the extra $50 and get a Fairfield or holiday inn express. We entered our room and it smelled pretty bad. I found what I thought was the smell and it was the closet that smelled like vomit from two decades ago. Turns out not only was it that, it was the disgusting dirty dishes in the dish washer. Dead bugs, grimey walls and floors, filthy carpets, dirty silverware with old food still in them in the drawers, backed up bathroom sink that wouldn’t drain, gross shower were all plenty enough to just leave when we woke up and skip our second night there all together. Both woman at the front desk however, were very friendly and fantastic. I believe it was the cook for breakfast, he checked on me while I ate and asked how everything was, he’s a very nice fellow.

Easy parking. Access to various restaurants and shopping outlets was all that was there to like. Plenty of things to dislike, starting with the beds, both night I couldn't sleep, bed uncomfortable. The garbage stayed in the hallway for two days, . Recommended you pay the extra money when you make a reservation at this place. I was told my room was given away, cause my credit card information was accurate.

There are Better Choices - Overpriced and Dated
I stayed 12 nights. Breakfast late 3 of 4 days. Room was dated and bath was a bit dirty. Internet was pretty good - 50MB. TV repeatedly failed to connect to cable services. Manager from South Carolina was unpleasant and did not know the room sizes - assigned me to a room of lesser size than other comparative rooms in the hotel while claiming it was the same. Housekeeping failed to arrive when scheduled. Parking is limited. I often visit Newnan. This hotel went from top to bottom of my list.

I checked in on Monday afternoon and didn't realize it was an extended stay and thei only clean the room every 5th day, to mr that's disgusting. That should have been told upon check in. I was charged $60.00 for an incidental fee and I haven't been refunded yet. I'm also waiting on a receipt. Overall it was just an bad experience.
