The property was exactly as described! The layout of the cabin was great with plenty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked and the refrigerator was full sized. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The space was a good space as far as a room goes but it was dirty. There was sand all over the floor and dust. I'm not sure who or if it was cleaned beforehand but it failed the clean test. We also found a roach in the bathroom and ants in various places in and out of the bathroom area. Would be a decent place to stay if not for the lack of cleanliness we experienced.

Rustic get-away
It's a nice size room with a kitchen, but the kitchen doesn't have a stove or cookware. There are not microwavable containers to cook food. There are BBQ pits, and a crock pot and rice steamer. The area is half a block off the main highway, and is quiet. There was only one empty drawer in the kitchen area but no dresser of drawers for clothes. There is a closet. For the price, if you're not going to cook, this is a good place to stay.
