Lovely Riad in Marrakech
A lovely Riad that is only a short walk to the main square. Like most Riads, it is accessed from a small street that might make you wondered what you have booked, but the place itself is lovely. Most of these small streets in Marrakech are chaotic, with vendors, tourists and others going about their daily business, mostly on small mopeds, but we never felt unsafe and it all added to the character of Marrakech.
Christophe, Abdullah and the rest of the team at Andallaspa were fantastic and couldn’t have been more welcoming. Breakfast was nice and the dinner we had when arrived was fantastic.

An Oasis in Marrakech
The Riad Andalla Spa is a wonderful place to stay in Marrakech. It is a lovely place. The staff is very friendly and competent. The breakfast offerings were fine. We had dinner there one evening and the food was delicious and very well prepared. We booked the Junior Suite and the room was spacious, including the bathroom. The rooms have a safe, but note that they do not have a small refrigerator. The walk to the central plaza of Marrakech is only a 10-15 walk at most. There is someone at the property 24/7, so if you are arriving late at night, all that you need to do is to buzz/ring the button to be allowed in. One of the outstanding features of this riad is the folks who work here - from the reception staff, to the cooking staff, to the folks who serve the breakfasts and dinners. This is a very welcoming place - an oasis in the hustle-bustle that is Marrakech.

Beautiful and Magical Riad
The riad was so beautiful and magical, the staff is so kind and friendly, we could not have had a better time. Even though its located in Old Town and near the main square the area it is in is far enough away from the hecticness of it all and provided such a beautiful escape.

Had a wonderful stay at Riad Andalla Spa. The hotel is peaceful and beautifully appointed and the location is perfect for exploring. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. There were plenty of communal areas both inside and out on the rooftop.
The staff make this hotel truly outstanding - everyone was friendly, helpful and courteous at all times.
It was incredibly helpful to have the transport to and from the airport organised for us (it was good value too). The staff were incredibly responsive to requests both prior to and during our stay.
Thank you for a wonderful stay

Best Hotel Experience We've Ever Had!
We've traveled all over the world and Riad Andalla Spa was by far the best hotel experience we've ever had. It was less a hotel and more a personalized bed & breakfast experience. The staff were highly communicative -- Christophe offered to arrange pickup from the airport. I recommend having the Riad arrange your transport - the driver we had was fantastic and very economically priced - we arranged our own initial transport and had a so-so experience at 3x the cost. Besides being gorgeously decorated with hand-curated items from Morocco's various artisan regions, the riad features everything you want. The rooms are beautiful, air-conditioning worked very well, they featured two (2) bathrooms -- we traveled with teen girls so this was a killer feature. Breakfast is included each morning and is customized and varies --great for longer stays. My wife has a gluten intolerance so staff member Mustafa went to the market multiple times to ensure we had fresh and delicious gluten-free baked goods each morning. The riad arranged a trip for us to the Hollywood of the Sahara -- Ouarzazate and Ait Benhaddou (an all day trip well worth taking, recommend Mehedi as driver/guide). The location is right in the heart of the medina in old Marrakech, walking to many heritage sites, restaurants, shopping. There's an onsite spa. The riad restaurant is fantastic - we ate there several times. Loved front desk staff Abdullah and Sied and restaurant staff Abdul, Star and especially Mustafa! Stay here.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights in April 2024. The property is beautiful and the Riad staff extremely friendly and helpful! We had a lovely room and enjoyed dining at the rooftop restaurant twice with very good food and excellent service! The hotel arranged a full day Marrakesh tour with an excellent guide! The Riad is an easy and safe walk to the main square! As crazy as traffic can be in Marrakech, our taxis were able to pull up in front of the Riad for easy coming and going. We enjoyed the spa and had an overall outstanding stay. Can’t recommend highly enough!!

Wonderful hotel that I can not rate highly enough!
What an amazing place to stay. The Riad was fabulous, made only better by the incredible staff. Our rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean. From the minute we arrived, the staff were great. Mint tea and nibbles as we checked in, dinner on first night is well worth booking - it was delicious - we booked the set menu and there were 5 of us. Truly delicious and brilliant service. The hotel helped book trips for us, the spa service was great and special mention to Mustafa who was wonderful when one member of our party wasn’t well. From Abdullah on reception, to Mustafa and Abdul Jamal who served us breakfast and evening meals. Please go to this hotel - it is wonderful!

Fantastic location, beautiful hotel and rooms. Lovely breakfast. Extra special thanks to Younnis! The most wonderful hotel manager we have ever had. He looked after us so well. He made our stay memorable in Marrakech! And thank you to M.Rafi! (our Bollywood singing waiter at breakfast who bonded with my father) We will be back to see you all one day! Thank you so much.

A beautiful and relaxing little oasis in the heart of the old city. We were warmly greeted by the staff who went out of their way to make us comfortable. The small hotel and 15 rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We dined at the hotel a few times and the food was excellent. My wife enjoyed the tajine cooking class that was offered. Service was impeccable. Definitely a memorable experience.

Very friendly and accommodating management and staff (Christoph/Younes/Abdur Raheem/Mustafa and others).
Staff made breakfast arrangements for us for the days we had to leave the hotel before breakfast started.
Christoph made arrangements for our room to be upgraded after we experienced an issue with one of our rooms.
Staff always at hand to help with a smile for assistance with non hotel issues.

The Riad Andalla Spa was an incredible experience! The service here was top quality and the staff goes OVER AND BEYOND for the guests. I felt safe, attended to, and welcomed like a family member. The place is immaculate, and they’re always cleaning. The interior design is absolutely beautiful. I loved my room and it was an oasis in the middle of bustling Medina. Thank you to the whole staff, it made my first trip to Marrakech unforgettable.

11 August 2024
My room at Riad Andalla was super clean and comfortable, and the staff was very kind, though their English level was not as high as French. The included breakfast was awesome, though it all just comes out in waves without warning. It would have been nice to have been given a menu (or even be told verbally) what was going to be served that morning. The tours and experiences through the hotel were definitely more expensive than ones you can find online or around Marrakech, including the hammam experience. The city tour guide we got through the hotel was nice but it did feel a bit scammy, as he took us to a bunch of shops around the medina where we were all hustled very heavily (and where I'm sure he got a cut of the sales). Still, great location, very private but still close to the heart of the medina. Overall a great experience but might choose somwhere else for a better value stay next time.
