This is a top notch property with beautiful rooms, friendly staff and a quality restaurant attached. We were greeted by a young woman who was extremely helpful and gracious and met several other staff members who were similar. The building is fairly new, around 7 years, and has been well-maintained. The room was spacious, very clean and had many amenities. The included breakfast was good with ability to order from a menu rather than a buffet.

闹中取静，在市中心繁华的商业街附近。离火车站步行20分钟内到达（我妈走得慢）。我们是母女二人居住，正门和电梯都是刷卡才能进入，安全很有保障。正门很小、没有前厅，所以前台就一张小书桌，不是24小时都有人在，一般会在WhatsApp或者Expedia站内短信上沟通。房间内有免费minibar，每日补充。工作人员们都很好，很友善。对得起它luxury的名头，我们对这家酒店整体非常满意。

The most outstanding thing about this excellent property was Norberto - the incredible guy who cannot do enough for you from the moment he makes contact on WhatsApp. He was top class - booked me an airport transfer, explained everything, top restaurant reco’s - nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are lovely and in a great spot - but the highlight was defo Norberto. Hospitality at its best 👏👏👏

Believe it we stayed at this hotel in 2018 and we did not like it and last minute we booked without paying attention, forgot the name. We were shocked at arrival but thanks to Norberto who was extremely friendly and welcoming, he did contain our shock extremely well and turned it to an excellent experience. We felt so bad not to stay an extra night and we thank Norberto for his assistance and orientation to the room and its amenities. Highly recommend it.

Great, small boutique hotel
A great, small boutique hotel in the very center of Bari. First of all Bari was a wonderful surprise, beautiful city, clean and full of great restaurants and friendly people. Dilman is right in the center of it all in a-quiet street near a pedestrian area and at a vantage point between the historical part of Bari and the newer one. The rooms are not big but offer a great variety of amenities, including a small kitchen closet. The next door bar/restaurant is perfect for a lovely breakfast, lunch or take out. The service is super friendly and very helpful. Definitely my fave place to stay in Bari.
