Convenient location. Wear and tear in room.
Not sure what I did to get assigned to such room. Stayed in multiple Remm properties before and maybe 3-4 times at this Roppongi location since first opening. Location is best for biz trip at Midtown Roppongi. But I got the worst and most worn room. And Roppongi probably has heavy occupancy. Bathroom smells a bit musky. AC air return vent was loose so I have to tape it to stop the chattering noise while AC is turned on.

We had a good stay at the Remm Roppongi. Some things that were great were the location—it is close to many things, places to eat, and right across the street from the train and the room was also a decent size with a nice view (we had a twin room) facing the street, and the pajamas were a nice touch too. It is clean and easy to access. We had a nice stay here.

Convenient place, close to Metro. Decent size and clean room for 2 person. The massage chair is definitely a plus in the room after all the walking exploring around. Staffs are friendly and efficient. The window is not double-glazed and therefore the loud sound from busy street Infront of hotel can be heard when sleeping

The massage chair is a great feature
Modern room and pretty good value. The massage chair in the room was a really nice feature and super welcomed after long days walking around. The windows don't open so the room would get really hot unless you wanted to miss the great view by keeping the curtains constantly closed. The hotel is well-situated close to various subway stations. Nice staff, but sticklers on time-keeping - when we arrived 10mins before the check-in time, they said we had to wait for the check-in time, which felt a bit excessive. We didn't try the restaurant or other amenities, as there were tons of great food options nearby. Overall, a really great stay and would come back.

Close to subway entrance
#1 hotel for us, less than a minute from train station, the tower view was breathtaking, small room but worth it and made it worth. Super clean, great service, you can leave your luggage before and after checkout which was a plus. Def staying here next time we return. Fell in love. I want to gate keep so bad haha.

Great place to stay if in Tokyo. Easy to access public transport plenty of places to eat nearby. Convenience stores nearby, laundrette nearby. Plants of local places to eat. Tokyo Tower is short walking distance. Double room was very compact, two singles room more spacious. Double room so compact luggage was difficult to manoeuvre. Shower & Toilet clean, well maintained.
