We liked that it is by the river. Our room had a view of the courtyard and we were gone for the majority of the day so view not important but it was nice if using dining area. The breakfast was adequate but they need to have coffee out all day since there is no coffee maker in rooms.
One night they were busy in the dining room and the front desk person was working in the restaurant so has to wait to speak to her...they seemed to be short on employees but maybe they were just busier than usual in the restaurant that night.
Our room was a good size, comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning when working. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Our last night it wasn't working but within 20 minutes the problem was resolved. The shower door leaked but we just put extra towels down to soak up and let staff know when we checked out.
Staff were all nice and helpful. We had a very early departure on last day and they arranged a taxi for us and had breakfast boxes for us. The taxi driver was on time, professional and reasonably priced.
It's only a 10-15 walk to all the action downtown.
Overall, a nice place to stay at a good location.
