Bulb in my room was blown and the lights in the bathroom seems very dim to me. Closet door was stuck( sits too low on carpet) the ceiling pain over tub was peeling and the tub area just was not appealing.. I did not use it. The room itself was quiet and beds slept well. Breakfast was decent no bacon or sausage just cut up smoked sausage…

The girl at the front desk when we checked in wasn’t friendly or helpful The light inside the room door was burned out, the lights in the bathroom were very dim, the tissue holder was empty, and the room smelled musty. Breakfast was okay but they were out of waffles. The pool was closed even though the lights were on, it was full and the pump was running. The carpet in the room was dirty.

Room was not cleaned well bathroom still had a used qtip on the floor saw a roach in the bathroom(only saw one) stairwell had spiderwebs and spiders all in it and hadn’t been cleaned the side door did not lock or close fully(very unsafe) phone in the room did not have the actual phone only had the dial pad! There was mold in the shower, on the bathroom walls, the shower was dirty. Only one light worked. There were missing light bulbs. The chair & curtains were filthy. The toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall and left. There was mold in our ice bucket! The a/c took 12 hours to cool the room down. The staff would smoke together directly outside of the entrance. I took pictures, asked to speak to the manager, and was told they weren’t there. I emailed the pictures and received no response. This room was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

One big ashtray!
We loved the hotel, but honestly... every time we entered or left we all smelled like smoke from the staff members congregated in one big, long smoke break just outside the front door. There was a sign indicating a $250 fine for smoking there... but the whole hotel smelled like smoke! (staff?) There were 3-5 big, heavy ladies constantly hanging around the lobby and front of the place smoking up a storm.
