The reception Girls - Shreya and Gulafsha - everything we needed got sorted instantly. The restaurant/breakfast team - Rahul, Swat and especially Shaksham - your information , with your local knowledge we found all the shops, bazars and markets we didn't know existed. Stay next door at the Taj.
Decent hotel, nothing more, for the price. It is not really a 5 star hotel, but good at 4 stars. Not sure who gives the awards stars. Heat did not work in the room (air con did, but it was cold), the mini-refrigerator did not work. The same day laundry was ready at the end of the next day, so glad we didn't have to check out that day. A lot of the food was too salty, not as bad as India overall, but not 5 star quality at all.

The property is located in an interesting part of the city but close to government offices and other sites. It’s clean and modern with very good staff and service. Only issue is that the room doors close automatically and basically slam shut very loudly which is disturbing. Many guests don’t seem to care about annoying others. Perhaps the hotel can do something about that.

Disappointing Stay
The hotel served is very bad quality food in their buffet dinner which was priced at 3600+ for two people. The dinner was cold , most dishes were empty and no one to attend personally to advise on availability of food. Disappointed thoroughly. The pool lounge was flithy in the morning. Worst experience.
