Short break of pleasure and business.
Okay so it's not the most modern hotel, but the staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, as was our Sunday lunch. The only 'blip' in our visit was check in times at weekends is 4pm, not 2pm as stated by hotels.com. we arrived at 2:30 left all belongs in car ( hotel would have stored them) and came back about 8pm to check in, so wasn't so bad. Location of hotel right besides the River has its advantages, but does mean if you're heading for St James's Park it's quite an uphill task.
