We had a good nights sleep. Super easy travel with our dog too. Only complaint is the elevator makes multiple chimes each time it arrives or is called. Our room was right next to the elevator so we heard that every time. Luckily people stopped moving around at a reasonable hour…

Very clean, overall good stay.
Nice stay, hotel is very clean. My only draw backs are the sofa bed is painful and walls are paper thin, you could hear the water running from the room above.

Disappointing!
Disappointing to say the least. Everything was fine until we discovered bugs in our room. I took the bugs downstairs to the front desk and asked for a different room. That all went fine but when I asked if I would be receiving a discount of some sort I was told that they couldn’t help me and would tell the manager. I asked in the morning when checking out and was told that because I booked through hotels.com that they couldn’t do anything. I asked for at least a refund for the pet fee and they did provide that but I feel,like they should have compensated me some of my room fee as well.
