If I would have given a negative number, I would have. The toilet was broken (wobbled and not secure to the floor), the doors were all taped with duct tape, there were bugs. The 'staff member', we believe he was the owner (would not tell us), said the room was fine, but if we wanted another one, he would show us. It was no better than the 1st room (same issues, right next door to the 1st room); he even tried to show us the original room again. We informed him we could not stay there, and he said we would not get a refund. Then he said $50 instead of the $90 it cost. We were not even in the room more than 5 minutes. Not impressed and we will be pursuing other avenues to get our money back. Disgusting, flithy place, and disrespectfully owner/staff.
