NO HEAT NO COFFEE NO SERVICE
When we arrived for checkin righ avout 3. The receptionist was talking withbanother employee. A lady with very short hair was talking with an elderly lady who were coworkers for about 5 minutes really talking about nothing not acknowledging inwas there to checj in ...she finally acknowledeges im there ww gobthrough the checkin process all food. We get to the roo. Its not freezing but temp says 68. I like at least 70 72 depending on tbe weather. It happened to be dipping into the 30s that day./ morning. The thermostat pretty simple to operate. Flame symbol indicates heat. The snowflake indicates cooling. I switxh mode to show flame for heat arrow temp to 71. Waiting to feel heat no heat comes on but some how the temp raises to 70 after an hour or so. The temp never makes it past 70 and theres a bunch of cold fog rolling around iutside but the room feels like 68 and chilly with micro fog mist in the room...NO COFFEE IN THE ROOM. NO HEAT WE PACKED UP JUST BEFORE 8 AM got the H out of there....the recetionist said we shouldve called front desk. Next when its c old out and you have a reservation at least turn the heat or ac on as a courtesy and service. Quit acting like it such a burden and use your critical thinking with regards to your customers needs and comfort..
