Things need repair. TV stand on backwards so the TV faced downward. Feel like that is just laziness in putting it together. Bathroom faucet needs repair. Staff was nice and the place was clean.

Good stay closest to Methodist Hospital.
It's economy better than others, close to the hospital we needed to be at at 5 am. Very clean , and cared for. A little drab, in colors. Bed wasn't the most comfortable one I've slept in, kind of hard and lumpy didn't sleep well the first night.Im used to a softer top on my bed. Breakfast was good.

The worker at the Indianapolis location, at1244 on October 26th was subpar. We didn’t feel welcomed and he was not professional. Our bed had a big redish stain, and many parts of the room were dusty and dirty.

Ok for a one night stay
Front desk attendant was great! Room was good… walls paper thin! Our neighbors either next to us or above us must have been deaf… we heard their tv until about midnight. Early in the morning doors slamming were so loud and the mom yelling at her child next door was loud. The a/c didn’t cool our room.

This is a basic, clean and efficient hotel consistent with its brand name. It's well located within easy access to the Indy race track, as well as some nice local restaurants. It is not fancy, but functional and is a good value. The free breakfast is good. Parking is plentiful and free.

When I arrived at 1pm Sat Aug 24 the manager was at the front desk and very rudely told me that check in was at 3pm and I could only check in early if I paid an early check in fee. He said since I used Expedia that was part of the problem. I did not feel like arguing with him so I left and came back closer to 3pm. I would not recommend staying at this hotel due to the manager.
