Despite our very late check-in, Elisa welcomed us warmly and even assisted with our luggage, carrying it up the stairs herself. This level of personal service was maintained throughout our stay. Elisa's dedication was evident as she helped us order taxis every day, ensuring our travel plans were seamless and stress-free. The hotel's atmosphere was both charming and inviting. Our room was clean, well-appointed, and perfect for a relaxing retreat after a day of exploration. The attention to detail in the room’s decor added a touch of elegance, making it a cozy haven for us. Breakfast each morning was a delightful experience with a variety of fresh and delicious options. Truly outstanding hotel
This hotel is worthy of every praise! Wonderful, friendly, accommodating, and efficient front desk. Clean, quiet, large room with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Delicious breakfast with various offerings. The hotel is not close to the town center but can be easily accessed by public bus outside of the hotel. We also took a taxi to the hotel from the train station - costs EUR 12.

Very nice room, newly built or remodeled. The lady at the desk was very helpful, reserving a taxi for us and even arranging to have sandwiches made for us to take since we were leaving too early for breakfast. Pizza shop next door was convenient. It was a great experience.

Cinzia & Elisa really made our stay very pleasant. They were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again because of their hospitality. The large patio was a plus to our room. Nice Hotel
The pictures are true to the hotel. The room is quite large with plenty of space to hang up clothes. The bathroom is also quite spacious with double sinks and a variety of products provided. Beds are comfortable. Room, hall, outdoors are all spotless. The hotel is quiet. You do not hear anyone in the hall or in other rooms. There are stairs to climb into the hotel and up to your room. I am not sure if there is any other way to get to your room. The hotel staff speak English well. They are so helpful and kind and nothing is too much for them. Breakfast is extra and is quite adequate. Wifi is free. There is also a refrigerator in the room. There is a grocery store across the street. There is a gelato and cafe just outside the hotel. The main part of Treviso is not far-about a 20 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay & would gladly return here.
