Bedrooms in very poor condition.
We expected basic accommodation as the price was low however the rooms were very old and run down with broken sockets. The bathroom was worse with a tiny shower with cracked tiles discoloured grout and the shower tray flooded and tge control kept falling off the wall. To make matters worse building works in the adjacent room started early in the morning into the early evening with loud drilling and banging. We complained and were told there were no other available rooms. The only positive was the swimming pool despite having cracks in the pool lining the pool was large and not very busy and had an outlook over the mountains.

The stay was ok but the rooms and hotel in general is in high need of maintenance, especially the rooms…the door for to the bathroom was squeaking so much, the shower door was broken. We had two bad experiences. First one was when the cleaning lady came opened the room during the day without knocking or anything and it was right in the middle of me and my bf being intimate. Very embarrassing and definitely. Oh not to mention there are no “do not disturb” signs there! The second one was okay when a family with a little boy opened our door with their key card because the receptionist made a mistake with the key card!!! Thank good we were dressed! And later on our key didn’t even work for the room anymore and nobody came to tell us that they dissactivated our key card as well when they were fixing the problem that the receptionist caused. When we went to get the card activated she didn’t even apologize or nothing! The good thing at the hotel is the pizza by the pool and the staff at the restaurant by the pool. They were very nice and helpful!
