Far from good.
Was given keys to at least 3 different rooms, we were let in with the master key after a dozen attemps. We had no keys. There was a sheet on the bed but no oter blankets. Appears to be ketchup all over wall and floor by one bed stand. No cable TV must sign in your own streaming tv.

Overall completely terrible crumbs under blankets on sheets bedding wasn't even changed was put into a pet room even though I never said I had pets because I didn't. The floors were filthy when we walked in like they hadn't been cleaned the shower was disgusting and filthy it just felt disgusting We slept on top of the blankets and couldn't wait to get out the next morning. Upon arriving When I went to get what I thought would just be grabbing my room keys as per suggested by text/email to pre-register prior in order to save myself time and hassle That's exactly what I did. Uploaded my ID , vehicle info , etc all of that but apparently that didn't matter and it was for nothing Because when I went in wouldn't you know I had to do it all again! Then as I'm standing there it charge attempts to go through on my card again after everything's already been paid for ahead of time for $25 I'm guessing that was the pet fee for the pet I didn't have .My card was locked. And the notification comes across my watch so look at it saw that she had attempted to hit my card for $25?! So I just looked at her dumbfounded waiting for some sort of response. she didn't say a word . Now call me stupid but I think if there was a transaction that needed to go through which they shouldn't have been because I already did it and paid for everything wouldn't they say excuse me ma'am your card didn't go through?? she didn't. felt like a scam!

I just want to Thank Ashley at the front desk again. She was so kind and helpful! I got in late Friday night after driving horrible roads and my phone charger quit working and my phone was almost dead. Saturday I had no time to go buy one as in needed to be at the Minot Dome super early. Mind you it’s -40 out!!! She let me charge my phone behind the front desk. I appreciate it more than you know!!

Poor management
Morning management belittled her overnight staff horribly in front of guests. I turned our keys in and said thank you and she didnt even acknowledge me the breakfast attendant was sitting next to her and she smiled and said thank you. I will not stay there again because of her behavior!!

Great accesible rooms
You get what you pay for. Its not a 5 star. Okay now that ive said that. T he room was very clean. Beds were soft and pillows were also soft. The night clerk was fantastic. The breakfast was very nice The carpet was clean. I actualityfelt comfortable walking on them in my sock feet. We were in an accesabel room. It isbvery well designed. If in a wheel chair you would have no trouble getting around in the bathroom. The tub is deep and i was not able to get down in it but the tub. The shower chair was helpfull for a shower. All in all. It was a great experience.
