**Hotel Review: Holiday Inn Express Kuala Lumpur**
My stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Kuala Lumpur was quite pleasant overall. As expected from an express hotel, it operates with a self-serve model, so guests should be prepared to handle some services on their own. This aspect didn't bother me, as it allowed for a more streamlined experience.
The hotel’s location is good for tourists. Situated centrally, it's right across from Pavilion Mall, making it convenient for shopping and accessing various sites around the city. This made exploring Kuala Lumpur much easier and more enjoyable.
We did encounter an issue when trying to amend our booking dates. However, the hotel management and reservation teamwas responsive and after a bit of back and forth, they managed to resolve the issue satisfactorily. Their customer service was commendable in that regard.
A nice touch was the complimentary breakfast provided for all guests. It was a bonus to start the day with a decent meal before heading out to explore.
One downside I noticed was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. The walls felt quite thin, and we could hear our neighbors quite clearly. This made it a bit challenging to have more private discussions without being mindful of the noise.
Overall, the Holiday Inn Express offers an affordable stay in a central location, making it a solid choice for a very short visit to Kuala Lumpur. I would recommend it if you’re looking for convenience and budget-friendly accommodation.
