Very nice place to stay, despite the reception staff. The rooms are nice, with great views of the city & the pool is excellent. There are good food options and a supermarket within a 10-15 minute walk. As non-Spanish speakers we were pretty much ignored any time we tried to get information at reception, but the other staff were very good. Food at the hotel is very good. We experienced terrible customer service in the days before arriving due to a payment issue via Expedia. The interaction with the hotel via Expedia messaging was terse, not aided by Expedia blocking email addresses that would have made the contact easier. At one stage it looked like we were going to have our reservations cancelled, which was stressful.

The Morgana has beautiful views, a friendly helpful staff, comfortable beds and nice and hot running water. All things I look for in a hotel. The free breakfast was better than I expected. The area is nice but not really in walking distance of stores or restaurants. Having said that you can eat right in the hotel and the food was excellent. I would definitely recommend!
