Beautiful property, apparently an old convent, spacious, comfortable rooms, great breakfast spread, perfect location. The staff were so helpful in providing us Lisbon travel suggestions.

The best part about this property is the excellent location. Unfortunately we got a "handicapped" room which had no closet space to speak of and was on the ground floor which was dark and quite small.

Superbe hôtel qui a beaucoup de charme et décoré avec goût. Les chambres sont très spacieuses. Il très bien placé, j’ai pu tout faire à pieds en un week-end. Le personnel de l’hôtel est chaleureux et prêt à rendre service. Un grand merci à Nono, Carlos et Krill. J’y retournerai et je recommande fortement.

Superbe hôtel, très bien situé, notre chambre avait une magnifique vu sur Lisbonne, déjeuner bien mais je m'attendais à plus de choix au vu des commentaires déjà laissés, mais cela restait très correct quand même, je recommenderai cette hôtel sans soucis

Небольшой отель в историческом центре. Район не самый роскошный, но все рядом. Персонал отеля очень приятный и старается сделать проживание гостя комфортным. Чего не скажешь про сам отель: перекрытия старые - слышно как ходят сверху. Непродуманный санузел, вкупе с плохой вытяжкой образуют жуткий запах в номере, который возникает каждый день. Халитов и тапочек нет. Полотенца не меняют каждый день, даже если бросить его на пол - просто поднимут и повесят)) Завтраки весьма неплохие - есть «база» - омлет, бекон, нарезки, тунец. Выпечки вообще огромный выбор и она очень вкусная. Кофе хороший - из кофемашины. В целом отель хороший и подходит для длительного проживания, возможно, нюанс с запахом - это лишь разовая история. Рядом с отелем есть отличный семейный ресторан, лифт на нижнюю улицу и прачечная самообслуживания.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Lisbon
This was a fantastic hotel - brand new (opened July 2019), rooms were beautiful, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. Every single member of staff was incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Excellent location right by the elevator into the heart of downtown Lisbon. I think this is the best four star hotel I have ever stayed in, and would not hesitate to stay here next time I am in Lisbon. HIGHLY reccomended!!
