Not the best experience!
Overall I have to say that the service staff is friendly. The hotel stuvturally looks great. Clenliness is ok. When I hot to the hotel they didnt have the king bed I booked and was sent to a regular room without telling me beforehand and the only option they gave me after I noticed was just to stay there or just cancell the booking (basically sleep on the street or take watever they gave me) because they didnt had a manager at the time we arrived and for other options we needed to wait for next day. The next day the manager gave me a small discount and wasted hours on hotels Com and they gave me some credit. That me summing both I dont think cover the difference in price of the rooms. The beds are ultra unconfortable if you have back problems Do Not BOOK HERE! Overall I might stay here if there is an emergency because its a little better and way more secure than sleeping in the street when you dont have a sleeping bag.

Solid 3 star experience, stayed one night only due to itinerary. Service was very good, hotel located in a convenient, safe but “corporate” central location. Beds were downright uncomfortable but clean. 2 queens plus one sofa bed is a nice configuration for a larger family traveling together.

We stayed for two separate nights, the 1st night was okay but the 2nd night was suboptimal. We booked a room with two queen size beds a few months in advance but ended up getting a room with only one (king size?) bed. They said it was 100% capacity so there was nothing they could do. They said they were sorry and they waived the destination fee (about 5%-10% of total price) but that’s it. We also requested for a quiet room when we made the reservation since we have a young kid, and the room we got was near the exit where lots of people went in and out and the door opened and shut making big noise. The sofa bed which we had to use — because we only got one bed — was also very squeaky and it woke the kid up when I went to bathroom. There were also two other issues. Breakfast was crowded and it ran out of utensils, plates, bowels and cups both times. They also ran out of coins for which we needed to exchange in order to use the dryer. I gave them three stars, because the rooms were clean, for the interior of the rooms and because they listened to our complaints.
