Bad checkin and checkout experience in an old hote
Stayed here for a family wedding fir 10 days but the check in took horribly long, and smoking smell in the room for the last few nights even though none of us ever smoked; asked for a late check out at noon for the last day but was told to pay $500 NT! Facility outdated and smelled stale and the elevators very inconvenient as mostly unable to reach the hotel floors; some employee very experience but some obviously inexperienced; Taiwanese hotels usually have excellent service even if the hotel hardware could be old but this one is definitely subpar; as an ONE WORLD EMERALD highest status member I would not recommend this hotel again

My 3rd time staying at this FX Hotel
Hotel staff are simply 100% friendly and do everything they can to make sure we (customers) are well served. A couple of times their on-site washers & dryers broke, they were able to have them repaired ASAP. This particular FX hotel, to me, is at the best location to shop, to eat, to take MRT and to take care of my mom's matters 👍

Staff was not friendly. Did the bare minimum. Expedia says it’s a 4 star hotel but it’s a 2 star best. The room was dusty. There is a lot of dust on the arm of the sofa, strands of hair from previous guest can be found. Showerhead and various area of the room had very visible dust. It’s quite disgusting. When I told the front desk they didn’t even apologize and said they will let housekeeping know. We aLao asked for an extra set of towels and they said only two per room and extras are charged a fee. I have never heard that you need to pay a fee for extra towels. The only good thing about it is the location which of 2 min walk from the metro and the price.

Very convenient hotel. In between two MRT stations with easy connections to other lines. Very good customer service. After I checked in, it was apparent that a previous guest smoked tobacco cigarettes in the room. After reporting this to management, they quickly provided a deodorizing treatment that worked very well. Free laundry facility was very convenient.

Kinda hard to find like some said. Its a small hotel in an office building right next door to a large oppulent hotel. My room had a view of the park and had what I needed. The only thing was I am allergic to feather pillows and their alternative pillows were limjted to two sad little pillows.

Convenient, good for short stay.
Hotel is on the lower end of price scale so while I had a long extended stay, at times it was impossible to extend. Hotel sells pit quick as it os very convenient on Green Metro line and several main bus routes. Extended stay sometimes means not enough deep cleaning, house keeping is just rushed to handle bus tour check in / outs. Don't look under the bed or the nooks and crannies. The main surfaces are OK. water pressure is good, but often exceeds drainage when hotel is fully occupied. A lot of detailed items are lost in the name of eco friendliness.
