El servicio estuvo bueno, me ayudaron mucho con el check in temprano. No me gustó que no había forma de tener acceso a agua potable a menos que uno pague por la botella. Mucho ruido alrededor del hotel, a lo mejor por la ubicación tan central así que no se puede descansar mucho. Me pareció algo raro y excesivo el cobro de los impuestos de hotelería en Colombia considerando que yo ya había pagado por adelantado usando mi cuanta de Hotels.com. Sí alguien del hotel Abadía Plaza será tan gentil de explicarme este cobro yo les agradecería.

Me gustó mucho, cabe decir que tienen habitaciones muy cómodas, buen desayuno...mi única queja es que un porcentaje de las habitaciones enfrentan la carrera 8va, o sea la vía principal del centro. Hay mucho ruido a toda hora y después de 3 noches, me fui con sueño en vez de haber descansado.

This is a great hotel. The staff were very polite and professional. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. When I first walked in the room, even smells great. The bed was very comfortable. This was a very quiet hotel so I slept great. The breakfast was superb. I absolutely look forward to staying at this hotel again. Overall a great stay 10.
