The Hotel Ibersol Housekeeping name Cristina she was amazing and very respectful, also I just said something about de air conditioning and Jesus the maintenance person was in the room in 10 minutes, Everybody at the front desk was excellent and knowledgeable.

Hotel Nightmare
we checked in after having had our flight cancelled. this was advertised as an international hotel but only catered for a French clientele. TV,s French, entertainment in French etc, from the moment we arrived the staff and customers where rude and where made to feel uncomfortable, couldnt get served at the bar etc, both rooms where damp and smelt of damp and with 4 of our party having asthma this wasnt acceptable. the children where literally petrified and the place was crawling in feral cats! we immediately complained and checked out! we where refunded our resort fees but not the cost of the hotel which seems to be being witheld inspite of us being assured that it would be refunded

This is a budget hotel, don’t expect 5 star
The hotel is very much a budget hotel. The pictures on the website, the price as well as the “all-inclusive” description gives the impression that it’s an A class hotel. I’m sorry to say the rooms are very basic, with no fridge, iron or tea station. The snacks throughout the day are very basic. E.g a hot dog was literally a big hot dog bread with a small sausage. Very basic snack, food and drink option. The pools were overcrowded with very limited lounge chairs. We went to request towels at 9am so we can take to a boat tour we had in Palma and they said they were no towels because they were behind on their laundry (horrible). I was hoping to spend a few days of my holiday sipping lovely cocktails at the pool of my hotel but I can tell you we spent most of our time outside of the hotel because it just wasn’t worth it. Would recommended you spend a bit more money for a fancier hotel.
