Talking desk attendant

This was the second time staying. First time desk attendant put us in a room near a stairwell, lots of loud people coming and going. Most recent stay, room was THE closest to the breakfast area. overnight attendant sat in the breakfast area and talked loudly, nonstop for at least 2 hours 2:00am-4:00am. I got dressed and walked to the breakfast area (at 3:30am) and let her know I could hear her voice. She apologized, but I’m convinced it won’t curtail her tendency.
