Beautiful hotel with unique rooms. Close to many restaurants and Zócalo. The staff was very kind and accommodating which many hotel chains in the area lack. However the staff here were always a step ahead in meeting your needs. Highly recommend when visiting Oaxaca.

Virtual extortion
All of the hotel would have been excellent except the day before we were to return we had to deal with a virtual extortion of one of our people in our group. We are convinced it was an inside job of an employee working at this hotel. Security is a big concern so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for that reason.

En general fue una buena estancia, los únicos aspectos que no me agradaron fueron los siguientes: La puerta del baño de mi habitación estaba descuadrada por lo que al cerrarla se volvía a abrir, era imposible tenerla cerrada, y tampoco tenía cerradura, solo un pasador. La habitación en la que se quedaron mis hijos no tenía puerta en el baño ni en la regadera, solo una cortina, por lo que no hay mucha privacidad, eso me parece muy incómodo.
