The staff were so wonderful and helpful in every area. Great pool and also indoor spa which gives you the flexibility to choose. Food was lovely although we also ate out in town as well. Hotel is very nice, staff are lovely, good pool and good aircon Location is around a mile from the Lake which is fine if you like walking but may be a problem if you are not so mobile. We had a standard room and it was very small, nowhere to store your suitcase, if I returned I would prefer to pay for a bigger room. Good breakfast.

Staff were delightful and very helpful. Room was excellent. Quiet comfortable and spacious. We were upgraded to a Dream Suite on arrival, with a private deck overlooking a vineyard and the beautiful mountains. Enjoyed a pleasant relaxing couples massage in the spa. Only disappointment was the restaurant. Food was not very good and service quite brusque.
