We had a good experience. The rooms are very clean, elegant and very spacious. The room have a kettle, tv, and a safe. Also if you are traveling to the airport, taxis are available in front of the hotel if you need them. In our case when we did the check-in, we arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they allowed us to enter the room. This was very helpful to us, as we were extremely tired. The hotel is ~15 min from the airport and near the port, so it is a good place if you are embarking in a cruise.

It was safe and quiet with a taxi rank and bus routes nearby. Staff was very nice and friendly and hotel room (double privilege) was lovely and cleaned everyday. Minor isssues were that they were stingy with some supplies, e.g. body lotion and wouldn’t give them to you or replace them during room cleanings, you had to go down to the Front desk in person to get lotion, which was a bit wild for such a nice hotel. Nobody helping with bags. Also had a snack once I needed a fork and knife to eat it and they tried to charge me six euros to bring basic cutlery up to my room and said I would have to go down to the restaurant in person and grab some and take them to my room if I did not want to pay $6 euros for a fork and knife. Gym had no free weights /was not well equipped and the few items there like bands were broken. They could do so much better with their gym, it would be a huge selling point. Still they gave me a nicer room for an extra night and apart from the weird cheap practices now and then was a lovely stay!

Modern hotel in a uniquely architectured building next to the trade fair halls. The rooms are well-lit and spacious and the staff friendly and professional. There is a decent onsite restaurant but nothing much else in the immediate area, however, there is a huge mall and many other attractions within a 10-minute walk. Fully recommended if you don´t need to be in one of the historic central areas of Barcelona.

Excellent hotel. Fast, courteous, and helpful staff. Nice modern and upscale rooms. Restaurant served excellent dinner and breakfast. Only downside is that it is a €22 cab ride to the cruise port.

I was a solo traveler and came here for the ESMO conference. It’s very conveniently located. Spacious rooms and excellent breakfast. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Walking distance to local restaurants and rode the métra downtown. 10-12 minutes from the airport by Uber or Taxi.
