Love Parker's
I've stayed at Parker's a few times when I come to hike. It's my absolute go-to place. Check-in is always easy and everyone is extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The decor is dated, but don't let that put you off. The shower is hot, the bed is comfortable, and the location is perfect for anything you'd want to do in the Whites. I have stayed in a room with it's own private deck overlooking the mountains, and most recently one with a kitchenette. That was awesome! LOVE Parker's.

It’s a roof over your head and a place to sleep. It’s nothing fancy; in fact, it’s quite dated. Very dated! Honestly it’s stuck in the 1960s, but everything worked and it was clean, and that’s really what matters.

6/10 Good

The location was great. Beautiful sunrise. Forest are river just behind the hotel. The counter staff was super kind, very friendly and welcoming. The room was neat, perfectly made and vacuumed. There was however a waste basket from the previous guest that was not empty. The bathroom was filled with flies, i killed seven with a rolled tourist-magazine. (I have pictures). So it’s a mixed bag. We went for the Highland Games. $270 for a single night felt a little expensive for things not to be perfect.

Parkers Motel is a place to lay your head and clean up during a hiking excursion. Bare bones facility. Bed was an old spring mattress. Old bathroom...the tub was its saving grace as most hotels dont have one anymore and following several day hikes, my legs needed a good soak. It was walking distance from The Flume...however, the parking lot was empty when i arrived at 830 so could easily have stayed in Lincoln and driven 5 min. It was very clean and operator was nice but the facility was a 2 star at best.

Great for kids
The family that owns the motel is super friendly. My kids had a great time on the playground and in the pool. We will definitely stay here during our next visit to New Hampshire!

2/10 Poor

The woman behind the counter must have been alone and overwhelmed so I do have compassion for her but she was very rude during my check in. The whole facility is outdated and smells. The shower in our room felt like there was water squishing underneath the bottom of the tub. The room smelled terrible when we went in. The rugs were not dirty to sight but were so gross we didn't want to walk barefoot. tissue dispenser in the wall was empty. We didn't want to let the desk know because of how rude she was. Totally not worth the money spent. Will definitely not be going back there ever.

Nice place to stay for an acceptable cost.
Location is central to Lincoln attractions. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Toilet seat hinge was loose so seat slid around a bit. Towels were soft and of good quality. Temps were cool so I did not try the pool, but it looked clean and inviting.

It was a good hotel for 1 night. Clean, staff was nice. I do think they could upgrade the mattresses, little too firm for me. Not sure if a good mattress pad would have helped. Will consider staying there again though.

When they say check in is at 3 they mean it !!! No on is even on the property until then. Don't park on the property until you are checked in !!! Your car won't be towed ? But they certainly let you know !!! The girl that checked my sister and I in was snarky !!! There were several more places nearby so next time I will stay at one of them.

Roger is hands down, one of the best people I've ever met. Always with a smile on his face and eager to make your stay the best if can be. This is my go to hotel when I stay in the White Mountains.
