Good for the price
Good for a quick one night stay during a road trip. Pet friendly. “Queen” bed was not a queen, more like a full and the room was tiny. Was able to get some good TV channels. Bed was comfortable. Card reader wasn’t working and had to use cash for the $30 pet fee. Overall I got what I paid for. Worth the price. Just wouldn’t stay for an extended period of time.

Excellent place to stay
My stay here is always a pleasant one Ketan is always very hospitable and helpful. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Also feel very safe staying here. I recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Joliet area. And it’s very reasonably priced.

Would not recommend this location
The hotel needs serious upgrades. The first room we were in had a bug running across the night stand. They changed our room and the carpet in the next room was filthy and stained, there was some standing water in the tub. They started vacuuming the hallway outside our room at 7:30 am. The danish we grabbed from the free breakfast was hard and dried out.

For the price, it's a great deal. The room was in good condition and clean. The downside was that the walls were thin, so until the neighboring room turned their TV off, we couldn't sleep. However, the price makes it not such a bad hassle, and I'll come back if I'm in the area.

Expedia didn’t forward my payment to motel, so had to pay again and hope to get a refund. Desk clerk nice but claimed ignorance. No hot water. No warm water! Discovered at bed time, they offered to change rooms, but by that time too much of a hassle. Trash in the only grassy area.

Nonsmoking room reeked of smoke. Water was barely lukewarm at 10 pm. Don't even have a complimentary razor. Basically a dump. Its just a motel 6 or econolodge type of stay with surprisingly high rating. For the price they could have done better.
