Great Stay with Excellent Service and Amenities

Great stay overall. The room was very clean, TV had plenty of channels and was easy to connect via phone. Housekeeping was fast and attentive. Complimentary items like tea, coffee are great and bathrobes, towels, slippers were very comfortable. The balcony was also spacious. Reception was helpful and efficient, we even checked in hours early with no issues. The pool was clean, cool, and well-maintained. It gets a bit crowded with kids, but lifeguards manage things well. Pool bar is nice, though service can be a bit messy. Complimentary water and ice buckets were a nice touch. Finding sunbeds is tough, but umbrellas are available, sunscreen is a must. Beach area looks great and the sea is clean, the bottom is rocky and has some crabs. Sea was also very warm, but that’s beyond the hotel’s control. You can order food from outside to the hotel, which is convenient. Room service takes about 30–40 minutes. Breakfast at Levantera was great, lots of variety and quick table service. No one bothered us during our stay, and the staff genuinely made sure we were comfortable the whole time. We had a great experience!

Hotel exceeded our expectations. Everywhere was so well cared and clean. Staff were always smiling and happy to assist in any way. We had a club suite so The Lounge was a welcome addition to our stay as we found the buffet a little too busy for us. Cocktails were top notch. Pool area was spacious and well maintained. The location on the palm was perfect too. We tried Smoki Moto and Senior Pico restaurants both were fantastic. All in all well worth the 5 stars and wouldn’t hesitate to return one day. Thank you Marriott Palm Jumeirah - we really enjoyed our stay with you.
