Cleanliness of room 104
The room 104 wasn’t super clean. Used coffee pot still in the machine, ceiling lamp has 1 light not working, leather chair is very old and worn away (the leather quality) , the bathroom interior door has spots (not well cleaned)
I’ve been there few times and I have been disappointed this visit by the cleanliness of my room.

Loved the hotel! All is clean and comfortable. The restaurant is good but on the expensive side, if I had to come back I would just order the boards.
Multiple electric car charges.
The museum is small but very interesting and well made.
If you go you HAVE to see the lumina, it's a must.

We loved our stay here! Gorgeous hotel and a gorgeous environment. We loved the trail walk along the St. Charles River just a few steps from our room. Our room had a ground level balcony that we used during our stay. Super spacious, clean, and comfortable. All staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel has really wonderful activities that should be advertised more upon check in as an offering because it can easily be missed- we did the myths and legends experience with storytelling in the longhouse around the fire and that was truly special. The museum on the property is lovely as well. We had a wonderful, peaceful time. Distance to Old Quebec City was about 20 minutes, but there is plenty to see in the Wendake area. It was definitely the best part of our visit.

Dommage que la boutique ferme à l’heure où arrive pour prendre possession des chambres et ouvre le lendemain à l’heure de quitter.
