This place is unsanitary, it smells like rotten food mixed with garbage and mold. They have not clean it in years. Do not book this place

The service from the staff was great. But the rooms were quite dirty. The carpet and beds were dirty. One of the bathrooms in one of our rooms had leakage and water everywhere. Chose to leave within a few hours of having checked in.

Still waiting one week later for my $100 deposit to be released. Carpet is old and musty and super dirty. It is the BARE minimum for accommodations. Its is the only reasonably priced motel in Chicago but if you want to rest easy, spend little more and avoid Norwood.
