Since the Check in was not great ,the manager approach to me and talk about that situation and she accommodate me in some things and really appreciate it but to be a Hotel **** stars I was very disappointed until my last day, But the staff from the breakfast and room service very nice people. The hotel itself is closed. There is no sign or information alerting this situation. It became that a neighboring property of the same chain is replacing its functions. They didn't recognize the reservation we made and assigned a twin bed instead of a queen bed as contracted. The staff is rude and utterly incompetent, threatening to cancel our reservation at midnight or asking to pay additional expenses. There is no manager on duty to solve the problems. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone or be prepared to be ripped off.
