The general maintenance conditions of the hotel are very poor for a hotel in this category.
I had to request changing my room 2 times. The first time because when we arrived in the room there was a smell of moisture. When trying to contact reception, the room telephone did not work.
I tried to go down to the lobby, but the elevator did not work properly. So I changed room.
When we arrived at night, we realized that in the new room, the air conditioning was not working. At 5.30am as we couldn't sleep because the enclosed space and no air conditioning, we request maintenance to check the issue. They never went up until I had to go downstaris again to complain. Maintenance personnel went then up and tried to repair it for more than 40 minutes, we were obviously upset and without sleep. Finally, the air could not be repaired because the pipes were obstructed according to the diagnosis of the hotel personnel itself. So we were changed to a Master Suite, in this last room I finally met the minimum conditions of a hotel in that category.
We booked 2 bedrooms, because we traveled with another family, they suffered something similar, the air conditioning did not work properly, and the drain in the shower was obstructed too.
It should be noted that the staff was always kind and willing to try to solve the problem. However, I understand that it is not in their possibilities, because it is an issue outside of their hands beyond their will.
