Nice family stay
Hotel was great for our family stay. The only big disappointment was that the pool was under renovations during our stay. I wasn't made aware of this when we booked and it was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel to begin with. We had to make different plans for the kids since we had planned to spend time at the pool during our stay which was a little disappointing. Had I known it would be closed we would have stayed somewhere else. We also requested a crib or pack and play for our 1 year old to sleep in but they didn't have one for us. Thankfully I had called when we were driving to the hotel to confirm and had time to stop and purchase one on our way. They should have called to let us know about the crib being unavailable I don't know what we would have done if we didn't get to the store before they closed to buy one. Also a heads up on the pool being closed would have been appreciated. Other than that the hotel stay was good and the room was nice with comfortable beds.

Keys didn’t work and have to go back and forth from 2nd floor twice, … they have to change rooms because kids jumping from 3rd floor were making terrible noises on the ceiling, and breakfast was ok but not great … at the end not a pleasant experience 😔

Great hotel. Nice and clean. Needs a little bit of updating as most of them do. Staff very friendly. Breakfast person very attentive, refills things promptly and keeps everything nice and clean. Breakfast is omelets, sausage,biscuits and gravy, bagels, cereal,fruit, wonderful cinnamon buns, juices, coffee. We will return here on our way back home!

The front desk manager was great! All IT was down when we arrived and he handled it with grace and leadership. The room and hotel overall was lovely. modern, and clean. Our only complaint was that the breakfast was a bit lack luster. But we're there for the room not the food.
