HOUSE KEEPING STOLE STUFF FROM OUR ROOM!!
My wife’s very pricey shoes got stolen out of our room when house keeping cleaned. We approached the front desk to report it. They said they could not do anything about it. So we called the police to file a report. The officer was very nice. When he asked the hotel if they had a log of who cleaned that day and who was in our room the hotel informed him that the have no log. So he requested video surveillance. The hotel then said the don’t have camera on the floor we stayed on. We never got the shoes back and staff was rude after this happened. We will never stay here again in any city we visit.

Our stay was cancelled, we were then charged almost double to re-book at the hotel. The management offered no help or solution and were rude. Rooms are beyond dirty, rusty, mouldy - the hotel is a shambles and an embarrassment to the Hilton organisation.

Disappointed 😞
It was clean, but carpets were stained and worn horribly. Ottoman was a ball that was not comfortable at all, bed lop-sided, shower tiles cracked, a/c extremely noisy and inefficient, balcony door sticky and rusted. They should not have charged for parking, and room was over priced for off season.

The amount they charge for parking while styaing there thaya not mentioned and they charge $22 a person for breakfast. The floors were stained and the doors were sticking and the elevators werent working. For the amount they charge a night ia ridiculous for how crappy the place ia and how crappy the food and drinks are!!!
