I got there December 25th night around 11 so we got the kids in and went to bed . I woke up to bugs all on the floor and counter tops. Then when i asked to be switched to another room and to stay an extra day i was denied that .

Not impressed
The pictures on the website for the 1 bedroom suite we reserved compared to the suite we actually got were night and day. The pictures on the site showed a modern kitchen with an actual stove. What we got was a countertop stovetop that was cracked and an outdated and old microwave/convection oven that was hard to use at times. It says it has a no pet policy yet the floor below had a dog barking for almost an hour.

The hotel has an overall welcoming feel. Service was not great but definitely not the worst. There were stains on the pillow cases and sheets, and the room didn’t smell fresh. The bathtub has stains but not grossly stained.

A bit run down, and bathroom wasn’t cleaned well, staff were not friendly, lots of weed being smoked filling the hallways and couldn’t sit outside due to this. I also had a very loud noise in our bathroom that I recorded lasted for a long time Lobby was the best part of my stay with decorations Not able to load videos but would be willing to share if contacted by mgr

The furniture was out of day i saw a bug crawling on the wall. The bath tub wasn't really clean. Next door was loud all night loud. Call to the front desk they had security to come up ,the noise stop for a while. I couldn't take it any longer i had to go to the front desk,they moved me to another room where the heater wasn't working,had to wait for maintenance to come it was awful never again
