Front desk staff provide excellent service. Note mentioning “Rus” and “Lin”. They help me when I had problem with my reserved booking with Juliet travel.

Stay away will be good choice
Dirty water occasionally flushed out from drain hole of bath tub, disgusting! Very loud machine sound of central pipe system happen in early morning and nights. Noise resistant of walls are very poor, Loud talking sound of neighbours is clearly heard. An unpleasant smell in room may be due to age whick needs to turn on cool air conditioning. Staff of reception are not too friendly and helpful.

Small room, but clean. Decent area, and very friendly staff. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Nothing was over the top great about it, but it wasn't bad either. I'd recommend!

Good location but no view.
Rooms are small but ok for a city when you are out most of the time. They were clean and well kept but windows just looked out into a brick wall. Breakfast was good. The reception staff were excellent. Very helpful with advice and booking taxis etc. Would stay again.

All around, very much enjoyed my stay in July. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and good price. Room kept very clean. Great central location, only about 10 minutes walk from Sagrada Familia. Lots within walking distance (Gothic Quarter, Park Guell, La Rambla, Beach, etc). Great value for money - only reservation would be being woken up in the night by noise in the office next door to our room. Sounded like a washing machine or something banging on the wall repetitively. Not much of a complaint though as the rest of the stay was great.

Staff were excellent Very helpul at all tomes. Hotel not close to anyrhig. Apart from Gaudi sagradia famiglia church Needed to catch cabs everywhere. Especially at night.
