I had high expectations due to other reviews and quite high price of the room. Be aware that there is a public main road running through the property! The rooms is dated to the point that it is not acceptable for a 5*hotel. The faucets were broken, the bathroom/shower are very difficult to get into. The bed is old and uncomfortable, linen is a motel quality. When these issues were addressed to management, they could’t do anything, stating that there are some rooms that were not updated yet!
