In general this was a very nice hotel and staff was good. The location was good for getting to and from the airport and the free transfer was nice. There was no restaurants in the vicinity so the only options was their restaurant (we did not eat there). They did safely store our luggage for the day as we arrived early. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of foods and the area quite nice for a buffet setting. We do wish to note that the bus to Barcelona center was right in front of the hotel and if you decide to take it it does easily take a credit card ($2.80 USD each way) but upon our return it was very confusing as to where to get off. The driver did not/could not help and we walked 1.2 miles through an industrial park to find it. We should have taken Uber and recommend that. The hotel does NOT have plugs for US cords!! Of course we shouldn’t expect that, but they charged $20.00 (USD). We spoke with others in different hotels who easily were loaned one for the night. We do rate the hotel good, but hope our info on the bus and cord issue will help others if they choose this place.

I was assigned to a room that is unfit for occupancy. I complaint about it before I checked out and the people on the registration office and the manager are aware of what happened in my room. I told them that it is unsafe for someone to use their bathroom. Glass separating the shower room and the rest of the bathroom was broken and no one reported it to the manager. It was assigned to me.

No assistance with luggage
Good stay overall and very convenient location to be close to the airport in Barcelona. My only complaint is that they have no one to assist with luggage, no descent luggage cart and I was traveling alone with my elderly mother and 2 year old child. Moving the luggage was highly challenging for me and no assistance was offered even after I basically begged.

The room was nothing like described. It was so small you couldn’t move in or. The extra bed was very uncomfortable and my son kept hitting his head. Way out in the middle of nowhere and definitely not near the metro like described. Totally regret staying here.

Great hotel to stay the night before a flight
Great hotel to stay at the night before flying out of Barcelona. They have a free shuttle service and you sign up when you check in. Very nice service! They are a little out of town, so wish the food at the restaurant was a little better.

Great help when I had card problems. Breakfast server also very friendly. Couldn’t get TV channels or operate the safe or air-con - please make instructions available. Had requested a high room with airport view - very pleased with their choice. Thank you for a good stay but wasn’t keen on the metal desk chair !
