Over all the hotel was nice. The staff was friendly. And the breakfast was good for what it was. The beds were comfortable. However, the cleaning staff needs to pay attention to details. The bathroom faucets hadn't been cleaned on awhile. And no one bothered to clean behind the bathroom door or toilet. And there were no drinking cups or coffee cups.

The room had a terrible smell of mustiness and smoke. It definitely needs updating, especially the bathroom! The caulk around the toilet and tub had mold with lots of chipping and peaking. But the smell was awful and it permeated all of our clothes and suitcase.

The property appears nice from the outside and staff members were very helpful. Inside, the hotel is tired. The bed was ok. Unfortunately, the carpet was VERY dirty to the extent that the bottoms of our footies and feet were black!!! The bathroom tile was reasonably clean but the corners throughout both rooms may not have been dusted/swept in months. Some of the painting e.g. around the 2nd floor elevator door sign may have been done by a kindergartner.

Hotel staff at the front desk was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful . The rooms stink also. I tried talking to the manager about an issue i had in which she could not provide any answers to so I asked for the general manager’s number and she would not give it to me. She said she’d email me the gm’s email and I never received it. Low quality staff is a terrible way to earn someone’s business.
