Kyle - front desk was just amazing! He is personable and accommodating and knowledgeable about the the area and our opportunity to walk to the game for The hotel!! Great Hotel Some employees left a lot to be desir
The hotel was great. I enjoyed breakfast at the connected restaurant. The negatives were 1. The front desk wouldn’t make change for a $20. Said they don’t give change. How am I supposed to tip if I don’t have ones 2. The room service was terrible. I was here 4 nights. In the bathroom the toilet and sink were never cleaned. In the room they didn’t sweep the floors. When they emptied the trash can they didn’t even open a new bag 3. The food was good at the restaurant but the staff lacked service orientation. They were at times curt and didn’t seem interested in providing good service not all staff were that way but 1 bad egg made the biggest impression.

We've stayed here before and it was good but this time we had a south end room and it was noisy up to 11pm-12am from the road noises and then it quieted down after that. Nice hotel and a good location just a bit noisy this go around. East and south rooms face Top Golf and the 101, north and north west rooms are near the restaurant which get noisy since they have outdoor seating areas.

Getting into room issue.
2 times the hotel cards didn’t work to enter the room. Had to go back down to the hotel front desk twice to get new cards to try & open the room door but didn’t work. Ultimately had to move to another room. That was the only issue. The people that worked at the front desk were nice.
