Originally were given a room that was dirty and deteriorated the following day we were moved to an slightly better room. We were 3 of on the reservation and the cleaning person kept leaving 2 towels only we had to call the front desk to ask for an additional towel.
We were told by another guest no to use the restaurant as the food quality was poor, and prove that to be correct on our last day of stay.
The room service however was much better but will never try the breakfasts buffet.
This was a great disappointment after staying in your hotels in Mexicali Guadalajara and viaducto CDMX
